Classes for children: Inquiry-based learning PLUS Art Projects

Classes are offered in English and in Russian

We introduce children to art. We teach them not to just look at artworks, but rather SEE and UNDERSTAND them. These are not traditional lectures about art history. These classes are based on the exchange of opinions and observations, discussions, and presentations.

This class will help your children to learn and understand art, but it will also teach them to: 

• Think critically
• Analyze
• Approach problem solving in a creative way
• Express their thoughts clearly

Your children will also develop:

• Attention skills
• Imagination
• Memory

Classes: once a week online (via Zoom), once a month at a museum (during a weekend - if you live in Philadelphia or nearby).

Webinars and Workshops for Adults

We are regularly offering webinars and workshops for adults. We touch a variety of topics and offer the cutting edge information discovered in the field of Art History, Archaeology, Ethnography, Anthropology, History, and Gender Studies. Most of the webinars and workshops examine particular matters across several disciplines, not just Art History - which makes it even more exciting and engaging for a larger audience. 

We also have webinars related to Art Education and it's significance in the lives of our children. We discuss the importance of introducing Art to children from a very early age and continuing throughout their childhood. These webinars provide you with suggestions on the best ways of doing it as well as giving you an actual list and description of activities you can have with your children.
